A Sacred Space for Women
I’m Lyndsay, founder of Temple of She.
I am a real woman with a real, complex life. I have known grief, loss, illness, rejection and the feeling of being at war with my own body. I have made mistakes, survived things I thought might break me and continued to learn who I am through it all.
I do not pretend to have everything worked out. What I value above everything is authenticity. Real women who arrive with their flaws intact. Women who do not perform wholeness, but are ready to feel the wholeness that has always been there.
My way of holding space has been shaped by my lived experience, my years working in healthcare and mental health, and ancestral threads of land based living, oral tradition and intuitive knowing. My work brings together sound, movement, touch and shamanic ceremony, but at the heart of it is something very simple. A woman being met exactly as she is.
Temple of She was born from my own need for that kind of space. Somewhere warm, honest and grounded. Somewhere women could soften without making themselves smaller. Where voices could be loud, hips could be free and pleasure could be remembered as a birthright, not something that has to be earned.
I am not here to fix women. You are not a problem to be solved.
I am here to create spaces where women can take up room in their own skin. To be met, witnessed and celebrated. Wounded, wonderful and whole.
That is Temple of She. That is why I am here.
