Embodied She
This isn’t yoga to perfect. It’s yoga to feel.
At Temple of She, yoga is about more than movement.
It’s about reconnecting with your body, working with the seasons and honouring the natural cycles we all move through.
No two classes are the same.
Some build strength and heat.
Others invite softness and stillness.
Each practice is created with intention, blending breath, mindful movement and rest in a way that supports both body and mind.
Step into a room lit by candlelight, with incense in the air and the outside world left at the door.
It’s a sanctuary where you can move, breathe, challenge yourself, rest and simply be, whatever you need that day.
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
There’s no pressure to keep up or get it right. This is your practice, your body and your journey.
Embodied She is an invitation to move with yourself, not against yourself.
To honour the season you’re in and leave feeling stronger, calmer and more connected than when you arrived.
